Kevin's Fund

In Memory of Kevin Corridan

July 16, 1955 – April 16, 2020

Who was Kevin Corridan?

Beloved husband of longtime VNA employee Sherry Corridan and father to three New Milford High School graduates, Kevin Corridan was born and raised in Manhattan before moving to New Milford in 1987. Professionally, he worked as a hospital administrator at both Danbury Hospital and Columbia Presbyterian in New York, and personally, he was known for his warm demeanor and his hearty laugh. Beyond his deep and abiding love for his family, his passions ranged from playing basketball to traveling to drinking Rum & OJ to swimming far enough toward the horizon in the ocean to make any lifeguard nervous. He was and will be loved dearly, always.

How does Kevin’s Fund provide assistance to families served by our hospice program?

Kevin’s Fund was established to continue Kevin’s passion of the hospice philosophy. Your thoughtful donation will help to ease the financial burden that terminal illness sometimes creates for patients, families, and loved ones. The grants will provide assistance to individuals not able to meet the cost of hospice care, help to cover medical equipment not covered by insurance, and assist the needs of the grieving family.
